💀 First Impressions

✩ VISUAL: Poor Shilo is 5'1" despite the five inch heels they had to put Alexa Vega in to make sure she actually showed up in shots with anyone else in the film, and is generally very thin and sickly on account of spending her whole life inside with that darn """blood disease.""" She tends to try very hard not to draw attention to herself, and for the most part her demeanor and wardrobe allow for this! Until she gets all her memories back especially she's going to spend a lot of time looking very nervous about things. Also, her hair is clearly a wig!
✩ FASHION: Shilo is a goth because everyone in Repo! is either a businessman or a goth, but she's like... she's also an ingenue, so there's a lot of white in her day-to-day wear as well! Though initially she's going to just have her outfit from the end of the film, which is her mom's black dress and (potentially her mom's) thigh-high boots? Like... damn, girl. But that's hardly what she usually wears, which is just general black and white.
✩ DEMEANOUR: So before she gets her groove (read: memories of gaining the power of self-confidence) back, Shilo is going to be very nervous and withdrawn for the most part, though promises of knowledge or new experiences will definitely cause her to break from that. That kind of thing will get her to be excited instead! Aww.
✩ AURAL: So uh open in a new tab if you don't want gore BUT here's that time Shilo snuck out of her house and got a call from her dad, who is also trying to hide his career as a gainfully employed and government-sanctioned murder doctor from her! We have fun here.
✩ OLFACTORY: Smells very... indoorsy, kind of like a hospital and kind of like an attic?
✩ MENTAL INFORMATION: Constant internal screaming.
✩ MAGICAL INFORMATION: Nothing doing here.

✩ BACKTAGGING: I tend to keep the current week and previous week open in tabs and going - if you want to backtag beyond that please let me know, I'm open to it!

✩ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: She won't really know what to do with it, but go ahead!

💀 Opt-Outs

✩ ETC: Repo! can be a really grimdark edgy canon in some weirdly cavalier ways that make it hard to icly avoid unless you say upfront that you don't want it addressed! I'm going to put the big ones here, but if you look at a plot summary or whatever of the show and there's something that makes you say "Yikes" please lemme know to avoid it! THANKFULLY FOR ALL OF US I AM NOT PLAYING A LARGO, BUT...

GASLIGHTING/ABUSE: Okay so uh I'll just hit big spoilers right out of the gate her dad's been poisoning her for years to keep her from going outside, saying it's medicine for a blood disease she doesn't in fact have! Like the man meant well I guess but holy shit Nathan Wallace fucked up.

SURGERY, SURGERY...: Repo! takes place in a dystopic future where plastic surgery and organ replacements are just everyday considerations and topics the same way clothes are for us! Not that Shilo has a lot of particular interest in the subject, but if you want me to hold off on talking about shit like "oh yeah some people are addicted to surgery" and "there was a plague of organ failure," lmk!

BLOOD/GORE: Related to the above but Repo! includes just... a lot of murder. An incredible amount of graphic murder and violence, and while Shilo is not participant in it she has seen a decent amount of it by the end of the film! So if you want me to go really light on the details lmk, though I'm not planning to go into like. Graphic descriptions of organ removal or anything.

DRUGS/CORPSES: What a pair of warnings to have linked intrinsically... Shilo's only friend left alive at the end of the film is a drug dealer who was nice to her a couple times! She knows a decent amount about Zydrate, a surgical-grade painkiller extracted from the brains of dead bodies! Please do not ask me where Zydrate is stored in the brain, I do not know, BUT if discussions of that kind of thing make you uncomfortable, I can just as easily have her not discuss Graverobber at all with your character or keep the specifics vague!

THE LARGO KIDS: Okay this one is actually going to be an opt-in (you don't have to do it here, but if your character is icly asking about them this is what you're gonna get into real fast so please please PLEASE let me know if you want Shilo to dodge the question)! Rotti Largo is not involved here, he's the one she might actually bring up and don't worry he's just a shitty businessman. If you ask about the rest of the family, I'll give you a comment of "oh they suck" as a chance to bounce before getting into details, and only talk about them if your character really pushes! Luigi and Pavi in particular, however, come with heavy cws for murder and sexual assault (not to Shilo and she really will not go into detail for my own comfort levels but like........ in general), as well as uh. Disfigurement of corpses? Amber, the third kid, is really just... mean. Let her be the ripcord to this conversation if you need one.
